To Place Your Order
Please call us or submit this order form. Payment constitutes acceptance. If paying by credit card, please provide your phone number and someone from our office will call you to get your authorized credit card information. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Your cancelled check or credit card statement shall constitute receipt for your payment.
Waldheim Cemetery Co. makes no guarantee for decorations placed on graves.
Hand crafted by a local Illinois farm, the winter greenery grave decorations are estimated for delivery to us in early December.
We will place them as soon thereafter as possible. These decorations will be removed and recycled as spring approaches, at our
discretion. Natural evergreens fade with time. If decorations disappear from a grave for any reason, we will not replace them.
All landscape materials, including natural greens or poly-silks, are leased, not sold, for the identified season only.
The grave spaces referenced here are subject to the Rules and Regulations of Waldheim Cemetery Co. currently in effect and as may
